The activity report is fantastic for viewing listing, appraisal, and sales data across your Vault Account. This report can also be customised based on the office, team, or specific user.

Step by step

1. Go to Reports > Activity Report

2. Select the desired criteria based on the data you would like to populate:

  • Type: - Sales or Leasing 
  • Class: - Residential, Commercial, Business, Rural or Land
  • Range: - Select the date range of the data you would like to populate
  • Options: - Tick/Untick the specific property data you would like populated
  • Who: - Select the office, user, or team you would like to base the report on

3. Once you have selected your criteria, you can then click on Refresh to populate the report

4. The report will be separated via the Options selected and can be printed by clicking on Print Activity Report in the top right-hand corner

 


Additional information

When selecting options for Unconditional and Settled properties, you have two choices - Actual and Inc Proposed.

Actuals - These are properties that have already been processed as "Unconditional" or "Settled" in the system.

Inc Proposed - This includes not only the above but also all properties that are currently Under Offer (Conditional) or Unconditional in the system that have an Unconditional or Settlement date added, that falls between the date range defined.

Selecting "Custom", allows you to search and generate based on the chosen staff members.
