The contract front sheet can be generated for all parties including the Office, Vendor, Purchaser or Agent attached. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to produce the contract front sheet. 

Step by step

1. Navigate into a property set as conditional/under offer or unconditional 

2. Click on Front Sheet as shown below 

3. You then have the option to produce and print the front sheet for the Office, Vendor, Purchaser or Agent attached

4. Click Print once you have selected your desired type

Depending on the option selected above will determine what data populates in the contract front sheet. 

 


Additional information

We provide the option to include any additional fees to the vendor within the contract front sheet. More information on this process can be found in the Additional Fees to Vendor knowledge article. 

You have the option to include any contract notes within the contract front sheet. This can be done by going to the Financials tab > Sales Notes > Add New Note 

Once here, you will need to select the type Contract and add your note. 

This will then populate within the Notes section of the contract front sheet.
