The Electronic Table (eTable) replaces the need to provide hardcopy documents to prospective clients who enquire about your properties. This eTable URL link can be provided to the client to view all the listing information and also can include property-related documents to download.

Step by step

How to access and include documents for the Electronic Table

For the Electronic Table to be generated, the property must be in listing status and have "Internal Marketing" ticked within the visibility section. Although a key benefit, it's also important to note that including documents in the eTable is optional making it perfect to include in marketing templates.

1. Navigate to an example property

2. If you would like to include documents in the electronic table, first navigate to the Filing Cabinet tab to upload these documents.

3. Once uploaded, we can then navigate to the Electronic Table tab

4. Once here, we are able to see all documents in the filing cabinet, where we can tick to include them within the Electronic Table. Click Save/Update once you have selected your desired documents
