If you have a development comprising of multiple properties, instead of adding each property one by one, you can clone/create a copy of the original property. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to clone a property. 

Step by step

1. Navigate into an example property

2. Click Options (Spanner Symbol) In the top left-hand corner > Create A Copy (Clone Property)

3. This will then populate the Property: Create A Copy screen, where you are able to select the new class, update the address details and tick/untick to copy the property photos and owner(s) attached

Updating the class is a great option to clone a property that may have been accidentally added as Land but was meant to be Residential.

4. Once you have added in your desired property details, click on Create a Copy

5. This will then create a new property, where you are now able to proceed to the new property to make any further changes
