Property - Reverse a Settlement

Modified on Wed, 26 Feb at 10:29 AM

If a property is in Settled and you want to reverse the settlement back to 'Unconditional", follow the instructions below to reverse it.

Note: Reverting the property back to "Unconditional" status will simply revert the property back to "Awaiting settlement" and unlock all related sale details. This will not publish the property live on any portals (websites).

1. Navigate to the property you want to reverse.

2. Click on the Other tab > History

3. Once here, you will be able to view all past historic lifecycles, including the ID, Owners, Purchasers/Tenants, Status, Appraisal Date & Price, Listed Date, List Price, Sales Price, Settlement Date, Lease Price, Lease Date, and Commission Details

4. We also provide the option to reverse a prior settlement by clicking on the Reverse Settled button next to the current lifecycle - This will revert the property to "Unconditional" status.
