Step by step

1. Navigate into the example property card

2. Once the property is in Unconditional status and the sale has been processed, you may then click Admin Complete next to the property status


3. The system will automatically apply the settlement date, however, you are able to update this to the desired Admin Completion date and then click on Mark as Admin Complete

4. This will then confirm success and apply the selected date as the Admin Completion date

The system will not allow you to select an Admin Completion date unless it is on or before today's date, on or before the settlement date and after the unconditional date.

Should you have added the incorrect or need to update the admin completion date, this can be done by re-clicking the Admin Complete button. You can then click on Reverse Admin Completion as per below. Once completed, you are then able to follow the above steps to process the admin complete date once more.

The Admin Complete button will only appear and be able to be processed on the property when it is in Unconditional Status.

If you are using the sales trust module, you will be unable to mark the property as admin complete, until the sales trust ledger is clear. If there are still funds within the sales trust ledger, the system will flag the below error message when marking it as admin complete - Should this be the case, you will need to ensure that the trust ledger is clear prior.

You can view the admin completion date from within the Financials tab on the property as per below.

Should you require a more detailed log of the Admin Completion or a reversal, this can be found via the Activity tab on the property.
