Guide to Designly

Designly can be utilised to create a range of custom eMarketing & Print content plus email signature templates. Below we explore the eMarketing templates that can be sent via VaultRE and where they can be utilised within the system.

Designly Setup

Before using Designly for the first time an administrator (in Vault) should setup the Designly account for the office. This includes customisation of (but not limited to) logos, fonts, colours, hyperlinks to office web pages & social media links.

 

Email Signatures

HTML Signature, for use with outlook or to apply to Vault user profiles.
More information on how to create your own email signature using Designly, then apply that to your VaultRE account appending to emails sent through the system, can be found in the below video:  

eCards

Seasonal and event-based digital card for congratulating clients on successful transactions or wishing them well during anniversaries & holidays.

Market Report

The most versatile email template in the Designly suite allows you to create everything from a general newsletter or Market update to a single property promotion or specific event invitation.

Match Listings

This template is solely used for matching a select group of listings to a single client in your database. Once your template is set. The process is performed entirely from within VaultRE.

Buyer/Lessee Match

This template is solely used for sending a single listing to a specific group of clients in your database. Once your template is set. The process is performed entirely from within VaultRE.*Note* Whilst the function is named "buyer/tenant match", these templates can be also used for Auction Invites, Price Change notifications, OFI invites, Sold promotion, prospecting to potential clients and more!

Property Alert

This template is used solely for automating property alert emails for your clients. Once your template is set the process is performed entirely from within VaultRE and is a set and forget function (per client).

PDF Flyers

This template is used to quickly generate a pdf flyer for an individual or group of listings. These are not editable and are purely designed for fast creation.
